What are all-inclusive rates & what’s included in my rates?
- All-inclusive rates are upfront prices shown on our website for airport transfers, point-to-point service, and pre-booked hourly.
Miles/ KM, VAT, Tolls, and Parking fees are included (Tips are not included)
Note all-inclusive rates do not apply for As-directed
When & how can I cancel my booking?
You may cancel up to 24 hours before pick-up time by contacting us directly on our website.
- If there are 24 hours or less before the agreed pickup time and in case of a no-show, the total price must be paid and a refund is not possible (we have to charge 100% of the full amount).
What is the waiting time period?
- For non-airport pick up 15 minutes. For airports, including domestic flights & international flights 60 minutes of free waiting time.
When does the waiting time start?
(With the indication of flight number)
- The waiting time starts at gate arrival. Note if the plane lands and takes longer than 15 mins to deplane the waiting time will start 15 minutes after landing.
With scheduled/selected pick-up time
What do we mean? (e.g.) if your flight lands at 12 pm and you schedule your driver/chauffeur to be at 1 pm, the waiting time starts at 1 pm. If you do not include the flight indication number, the pick-up time starts at the scheduled/selected pick-up time.
What is a Wait time fee?
- A wait time fee is charged after the 60 minutes waiting time period is expired. The costs per every newly started hour are based on the vehicle class selected.
Where do I meet my driver?
- The driver will meet you at the baggage claim area (if the customer provides the flight indication number) with the lead passenger’s name on a sign. Unless the driver set a different meeting point through communication before you arrive at the lobby (e.g. I am standing by the Dunkin Donut in the lobby).
Can I request an extra stop?
- Yes, you can request up to 2 extra stops for a fee.

Can I request a child/booster seat?
- Yes, child seats are available for an extra fee and must be requested before time in the booking form. It is not possible to request on arrival. It is required for the passenger to install the child seat provided.
What payment methods can I use?
- We stripe as a payment provider. You can pay for your booking using VISA, Master Card, American Express, and PayPal. Payment is required immediately.
Note: All rates are calculated and billed in U.S. dollars.
Due to fluctuating currency exchange rates, U.S. dollar equivalents of international rates may vary. Bank transactional fees when making payments are carried by the user
Baggage/luggage
- Passengers are allowed to bring 1 medium suitcase & 1 backpack per passenger. For extra luggage please make a request in the note for the chauffeur.
